Shrimp in Cocktail Sauce
  Cooked Shrimp Peeled & Deveined, Tail on
1 lb Blue Sea® Cooked Shrimp
1 cup tomato ketchup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup fresh cream
1 level tbsp. grated horse radish
1 level tbsp worcestershire sauce
Few drops tabasco sauce
Juice of one lemon
3 shredded lettuce leaves
Lemon wedges to garnish

  • Blend together the tomato ketchup, mayonnaise, fresh cream, worcestershire sauce, tabasco sauce, lemon juice and grated horse radish.

  • Chill for 2 hrs in the refrigerator. 

  • Line a chilled fluted cocktail glass with shredded lettuce. 

  • Pour the sauce into the glass.

  • Arrange the cooked shrimp tail up along the sides of the glass dipping into the sauce.

  • Chill for 15 minutes

  • Garnish with lemon wedges
