Shrimp in Cocktail Sauce
  Cooked Shell-on Shrimp, Peel & Eat
1 lb Blue Sea® Cooked Shrimp
1 cup tomato ketchup
]/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup fresh cream
1 level tblsp. grated horse radish
1 level tblsp. Worcestershire sauce
Few drops Tabasco sauce
Juice of one lemon
3 shredded lettuce leaves
Lemon wedges to garnish

  • Blend together the tomato ketchup, mayonnaise, fresh cream, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, lemon juice and grated horse radish.

  • Chill for 2 hrs. in the refrigerator.

  • Line a chilled fluted cocktail glass with shredded lettuce.

  • Pour the sauce into the glass.

  • Arrange the cooked shrimp tail up along the sides of the glass dipping into the sauce.

  • Chill for 15 minutes.

  • Garnish with lemon wedges
