Tandoori Shrimp
  Raw Tail-on Shrimp Skewer Double Pierced

4-5 Blue Sea® Shrimp Skewers
1/2 cup plain yogurt 
3/4 tspn garlic powder 
3/4 tspn red chili powder
1 tspn vegetable oil
1/2 cup Lemon juice


  • Combine the yogurt, garlic powder, red chili powder, and oil in a bowl to prepare the mixture for marinating.

  • Marinate the shrimp skewers for a minimum of 3 hours in the mixture.

  • Cook or broil the shrimp until they firm and pink.

  • Sprinkle with lemon juice.

  • This dish is traditionally cooked in a tandoori clay oven but may also be grilled over a barbecue or broiled in the oven.
