Margarita Grilled Shrimp
  Raw Tail-on Shrimp Skewer Single Pierced
10 Blue Sea® Single pierced shrimp skewers
2 cloves, garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons tequila
3 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt

  • Marinate the Blue Sea® Shrimp Skewers in a mixture of garlic, lime juice, olive oil, tequila, cilantro, red pepper; toss to combine; refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  • Preheat an outdoor grill or oven for high heat and lightly oil grate.

  • Cook on preheated grill or oven until the shrimp turn pink, 2 to 3 minutes per side.
